*A total of 2 hours of CAP time is provided for the above deliverables. If additional time is requested, a quote can be given for your needs.
After payment, you will receive a welcome email with an intake questionnaire for us to better understand your needs as we get started together.
Turnaround time for first meeting to be scheduled: Within 5 business days after receipt of the intake questionnaire.
Due to current time constraints with admissions timelines, daytime weekday meetings may be required for successful launch.

Acknowledgement: The Client hereby acknowledges that the Consulting Services provided by CAPofPA consist of CAPofPA’s professional recommendations and advice only. The Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Client is solely responsible for
any action recommended by CAPofPA through the provision of its Consulting Services.
Indemnification: The Client agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless CAPofPA, including its stockholders, members, agents, and employees against any and all losses, damages, expenses (including attorney’s fees), liabilities, claims, demands, suits or causes of action (“Claims”) arising out of, or in any way connected with this Agreement.
In no case shall CAPofPA be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages.Termination. This Agreement may be terminated by either party for any reason within three (3) business days of the Effective Date, in which case any Consulting Services Fee
paid shall be refunded. The Client also agrees that this Agreement is not assignable to any other party without the prior written consent of CAPofPA. CAPofPA reserves the right to accept, reject or terminate any Client for any reason and determine a refund of any monies that have been paid. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CAPofPA is in no way obligated to refund any of the monies that have been paid by the Client in the event of a termination of this Agreement.
